Do you update your model range?

The car that I want is not listed on your search facility, can you still provide a quote?

If you do not see the car that you want listed on our search facility, then please complete this form and we will be happy to provide you with a quote for your particular car. We have only listed the most popular models on our site.

Can I choose different options that those listed on the quote form?

If you do not see the optional extra that you require, then please provide us with details of what you require when you fill in a quote form, and we will investigate if the option is available with the car you require.

My New Car does not arrange the finance directly, but we are able to provide information on organisations that will.

I am interested in purchasing a car from My New Car, but would like to test drive it first, is this a possibility, and can My New Car arrange this?

Unfortunately we are not able to provide test drives of the cars we find, however we would recommend that you visit your local dealer and arrange a test drive of the model you are interested in. This will also provide you with a good opportunity to compare prices and see just what a saving My New Car is able to provide you with.

I like the price of the quote you have provided me with, how do I now proceed with my purchase?

We will supply you with the contact details of the supplier and they will send you an order form and information pack.

Will my new car meet UK specifications, and who will know that it is an import?

All our cars are fully approved and meet UK specifications. Your car will have an European Certificate of Conformity, this ensures that it conforms to EU standards. All our cars for the UK market are right hand drives.

Paperwork at DVLA will contain details of the dealer from which the car was sourced. The vehicles log book will also have details of the dealer as well.

As my car is an import, will there be any difficulties getting it serviced or repaired with a UK garage?

There is no problem here whatsoever, you will be able to take your new car to a local dealer for a service or repair. EU regulations state that dealers must carry out a service on the car brand that they sell, irrespective of where the car was purchased.

Will my new car come with a manufacturers warranty?

Yes, all the cars My New Car find, come with a 2year manufacturer warranty. We also have an option to extend this to 36 months.
